Growing up as an athlete I knew I wanted to start a career that incorporated health, fitness & helping others. Massage therapy has given me that perfect blend. I love that this career has given me the opportunity to improve my clients recovery, old & new injuries & overall well being. I understand how the body works & the steps to keep it running properly.

My goal as your sports massage therapist is to not only provide quality care that is personalized for each person that walks in the door but to create a lasting client-therapist relationship. The more I can understand someone’s lifestyle & recovery goals, the better I can support them in achieving their desired outcome.
